Since 2002, the Foundation has built a community of supporters and a dedicated team with years of experience delivering sustainable impact. We invest the money we raise into solutions-focused projects, tackling some of the biggest challenges facing our community today such as social isolation and health inequalities.

We work with sector experts to understand the latest trends and best practices, ensuring effective project design and delivery. The effects of our vision can be felt across South and South-West London, and seen in the lives of more than 11,000 people each year.
